Speaker bio:

Trey is an urban mobility educator and researcher specialized in user-centered methods and inclusive cycling. With Bicycle User Experience (BUX), he has brought user experience tools and principles to urban mobility, developing and publishing the first online courses on the subject together with EIT Urban Mobility. At the University of Amsterdam, he has organized and taught in 4 full-length e-courses totaling 20.000+ international enrollments, including the industry-standard Unraveling the Cycling City. His research focuses on the human experience of cycling and an iterative, collaborative (agile) way of working in planning organizations.
