After holding different positions at the pioneer for e-bikes Winora Group (Accell NV) and Brose – an automotive supplier and specialist in mechatronics, Sven decided early to dedicate himself to the digital interface of light electric vehicles.
Sven joined IoT provider Comodule 7 years ago and helped to grow the company and sharpen its value proposition for sharing operators and vehicle manufacturers.
Today, Comodule provides connectivity solutions for companies like Pon.Bike, Riese & Muller, Super 73, and many more.

Sven will talk about how the e-bike industry is adapting connectivity and digitalizing business models. Harnessing the full potential of IoT enables e-bike brands to offer fully digital riding experiences and also improve their own operations, such as customer support, manufacturing, and communication. A similar industry shift is taking place when the first e-bikes emerged, now e-bikes are becoming smart – the question is if e-bike companies are ready to develop their own digital strategies to get the most out of connectivity or if it will be left in the hands of suppliers.
