Stefan has an education in Mechatronics as well as Energy Economics. Worked in this field for some years. Then worked for a Berlin start-up as Junior Marketing Manager. Then continued with a Masters Degree at Lund University, Sweden. His masters was called Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation. During those studies he founded PowUnity with Christian Strassl. That was 7 years ago.

PowUnity initially started in the wintersports industry. Developing IoT devices for skiers and snowboarder. Switched to ebikes in 2018 and since that time experience rapid growth and great success. First they developed e-bike GPS-Tracker for e-bike owners to protect their bikes from being stolen.
They then extended their offer and services also to fleet operators for them to overlook their e-bike fleet digitally. And as a next step they developed full-scale e-Bike IoT solution for and with e-bike manufacturer.
