Frank Aldorf is a leading industry expert, advisor and investor with more than 10 years experience in executive board roles in the cycling and outdoor industry.
He has been working in Chief Brand and Marketing roles at Specialized, Canyon, and Internetstores, the world’s leading digital bike retailer, and part of Signa Sports United.
Frank was instrumental in launching the Specialized Turbo e-Bike category. At Canyon, he transformed a tier 2 European D2C bicycle manufacturer into one of today’s leading global brands. Frank helped build the most important new business unit of the company in North America. Most recently, he redesigned Internetstores’ entire retail and product brand portfolio and led it to a successful IPO on the NYSE of the parent company SSU.
The passionate and award-winning executive has extensive national and international experience in business development and leading change & digital transformation across all regions and types of organizations.
Frank was also co-founder of Y&R Berlin and Hubble Innovations, a business consulting firm serving clients like Reebok, VW and IKEA. Aldorf has several years of marketing agency experience working both in Europe and North America on larger multi-billion dollar clients within the tech, mobility and consumer goods industry.
He currently resides near Stuttgart, Germany, with his wife and two sons.
