Speaker bio:

Ed is enthusiastic about all aspects of cycling and is motivated by a desire to help people have exceptional cycling experiences. He studied at the United Bicycle Institute, the US Olympic Training Center, and alongside some of the country’s finest mechanics. He is one of the founders of the Professional Bicycle Mechanics Association (PBMA), and continues to serve on its board of directors. For the PBMA, he continues to educate, test, and certify mechanics across the US.
Ed was raised in Lewisville and has been a part of the Lewisville, Clemmons, and Winston-Salem communities most of his life. However, his passion for cycling started in college with mountain biking. After earning his degree at Appalachian State University he returned to Winston Salem and joined the team at Paceline Bicycles, beginning his journey in the cycling industry.
Since then, Ed has spent the past twenty years honing his skills and gaining knowledge about all things bicycles. And now he continues to serve the local community by creating a better cycling experience through Bespoke Cyclery.
